How do you work that one out ?

Carl froch fights face first with his hands low as ****, and his punching technique is terrible.

No Oliver Harrison on the list? He's an underrated trainer. Especially as someone has Jamie Moore on there. WTF

How do I work that out? Easy, because his amateur coaching pedigree is excellent and why he has an MBE, he says the right things between rounds, his tactics and pre fight perpetrations have been spot on in most fights especially Bute and Abraham. Froch wouldn't have achieved half of what he has without him. He gets highly praised by many boxers and trainers including Andre Ward. But then again he keeps his hands low so he must be ****. Naz as well he must be **** as well
