Which fighter/s were especially good at blocking, dodging, slipping and avoiding damage from the orthodox right hand?

Ali is up there. Fought Foreman, Shavers and Liston and despite being stunned, was never knocked down by a right hand.

James Toney was brilliant at slipping right hands.

Who else comes to mind? and what in particular did they do to avoid the big right hands?

Pretty much all defensive specialists are gonna good at avoiding the right. Floyd Mayweather is exceptionally good at it. As were Benitez, Locche and Benton.

I really like how Yaqui Lopez nullified Galindez's cross with good defensive positioning. He was great at making sure to finish exchanges by moving, off angle, to his right. Galindez not only was never able to land the cross, but not even really to throw it.

Qawi was brilliant at rolling his left shoulder to catch the right and then returning fire with his own right hand.

Qawi was the first guy that came to mind. James Toney, George Benton are also good mentions. One underrated gem is what Hatton did to Tszyu. Tszyu had a legendary right hand but Hatton neutralized it all night while breaking him down and making him quit.
