I would apreciate if any one could give me good textbook (not relying too much on natural reflexes) defensive fighters who i could watch and learn from

Depends on your physical attributes. Are you athletically gifted? Are you an Average Joe? Can you take a punch? Are you tall? Are you short?

Gifted - James Toney, Whittaker, Willie Pep,
    Slightly gifted - Mayweather
Average Joe - Joshua Clottey, Bernard Hopkins, Winky Wright, Ward
    Tall - The Klits
Short - Mike Tyson (yes he had amazing defense/avoidance), JCC

Boxing defense is universal. Hands up, lead shoulder into opponent, rear hand on temple, front hand slightly out, elbows along rib, etc... Defense gets technical when you add in a fighters' (your) personal traits. Also remember, sometimes the best defense is offense. A knocked out opponent can't hit you.

Study the fighters that you feel your raw style is most like.

Was it Willie Pep who won a round without throwing a punch?

Without landing a punch. I believe he threw punches but just to keep the other guy away and pressured. Either way, it may not even be true.

I wouldn't watch Pep. He was great defensively but at least to me, it seems like it was pure talent and agility and not the sort of thing you could replicate or want to replicate.

Ricardo Lopez. Everything he did was about as spot on textbook as it gets.

Mayweather is slightly gifted? He's better than than Toney in my opinion and I'm sure some would agree.

    Just for lulz:
