    documentary or motion picture.

For my money it's Raging Bull. A classic sports biopic and truly harrowing and thought provoking piece of art.

Documentary wise I love We Were Kings and Champions Forever.

    What about you guys?

Raging Bull or The Fighter. Haven't seen Cinderella Man but I hear it's good as well.

My favourite documenatries are When We Were Kings, The Fight of their Lives, Pound for Pound and last but not least Unforgivable Blackness.

Requiem for a heavyweight, Somebody up there likes me and Hurricane.

Also think Fat city was underrated.

It's quite clearly Raging Bull (even though I feel it's just a bit overrated in general).

as far as just simply MOVIES, appealing to the general public and movie goers in general it's got to be Raging Bull, the Huricane and Cinderella Man, ALL great movies on their own no matter what the theme was.

As for Docs, I said Unforgivable Blackness, for my money Excellent.

Rocky and The Fighter are my personal faves, although Raging Bull is clearly the most well done.
