Haha, I'd let this one percolate till all the posters have gotten a hand on this.

I'm usually against rating fighters based off country/region/location because usually nationalism rears its ugly head and then you have an "idiocy match" where people are claiming national supremacy (US v. Euro, Mexico v. Puerto Rico), and that's where it all goes to hell. This kind of thing seemed like it was going to uncover more info to me (it did!) then stir up some silly sentiment that plagues the General Forum (usually after a premiere US v Euro fighter match like Froch-Taylor or Hopkins-Calzaghe).

i was thinking a 1vs1 per division of the best fighters then adding up the totals.....geeky as **** but can waste good half hour or so
