    The ring just about got it right this year in my opinion with Gatti-Ward 3 just pipping Toney-Jirov.

    really close-run race so far.I'll be surprised if Lewis-Klitschko holds onto the top spot.

    Exciting fights all of them, I'd pick Freitas/Barrios, it was a war no doubt.

    I understand why not many people are voting for Mayorga-Forrest 1.It was an action-packed two and a half rounds,but by no means a fight of the year candidate.Depanding on what you like it's pretty much a pick em between the other four fights.

    I've actually never seen seen Frietas vs. Barrios so I guess my choice isn't as vaid. But I went with Gatti-Ward 3.

    All I have to tell you is that I ordered the fight to have it on tape, after seeing it on youtube. That's how much I liked it. Back and forth action, tremendous fight. :good

    Toney vs. Jirov heads and shoulders above the three other fights. One of the best cruiserweight fights ever.

    Gatti-Ward 3 was too one-sided. Gatti won 8 of the 10 rounds. The two rounds he lost came when he broke his hand, and when he was dropped after winning 2:55 of the round. As a whole, the fight was good, but not FOTY worthy.

    It's a toss-up between Toney-Jirov and Gomez-Arthur.
