What would you pick as the best fight of each decade since the 1920's? My own choices are as follows.

    20's: Dempsey-Firpo
    30's: Ross-Canzoneri 2
    40's: Louis-Conn
    50's: Robinson-Basilio 2
    60's: Ali-Liston 1
    70's: Foreman-Lyle
    80's: Leonard-Hearns 1
    90's: Chavez-Taylor
    00's: Morales-Barrera 1
    10's: Marquez-Pacquiao 4

Just had a quick look at this but for me the Danny Lopez-Mike Ayala fight sticks out for me for the 70's.

starting with the 1950s my pick would be Marciano Walcott. Robinson-Lamotta was not really a fight becuz Jake was so outgunned

1960s who was even around in the sixties that exciting?

1970s for me goes to Arguello Escalera 1 or Franklin-Johnson 2

1980s goes soley to Hagler-Hearns,,, The ONE! runner up is the Pryor Arguello- such drama and a never till then seen display of brutal violence

1990s for me was Chavez Taylor. one of those true magical nights

00's who can forget Roy Jones going down to defeat, his career ruined from one shot. sometimes the great ones never recover

and this decade isnt over so we'll just have to wait
