Best Fight of the 80's Fab Four

    Because it was one great round, followed by Hagler kicking Hearns's ass and fighting the cut more so than a damaged Hearns, whose legs went spaghetti in one round.

    That's not to say it wasn't a great fight, it was, but it would be lucky to crack my top 20-25 list of fights I've seen in full.

    ok but that first round was perhaps the best round ever in boxing along with corrales -castillo agreed?

    It's one of the greatest rounds, but it's too hard for me to pick just one.

    Hagler-Hearns round 1
    Saad-Lopez II round 8
    Corrales-Castillo I round 10
    Garza-Mesa round 1

    And some really wild, ugly rounds:

    Shavers-Williams round 10
    Foreman-Lyle round 4
    Dempsey-Firpo round 1
