...I didn't think I'd see a better fight than Marquez vs Diaz but I just did. The shots that were landing...were just insane. Some of the exchanges were unbelievable. Round 1 was amazing, two knockdowns...and although it slowed down a little, they were always landing hard. This fight has everything.
Amen! ****ing awesome fight from start to end! At first it was scary how Williams practically rushed Martinez but Martinez made a fan out of me and fought every minute, despite the obvious reach and height disadvantage. Definitely a FOY candidate I just hate that we had that bull**** 119-110 score leaving a bad taste...
honestly, i thought it was gonna be a draw or martinez winning by a point. it was a robbery and this is coming from a pwill fan, but it was an amazing fight nonetheless. thats how the divisions two best fighters are supposed to fight.
