The very best figh i ever watched, was Klitschko-Lewis. Two tall men, each one 115 kg are just fighting without big technique, tactics or any defense. It was 3 oclock in the night in germany, when the bell rang in the first round i was totally awake.

And a good fight, of course: Briggs-Ibragimov:dead

    As listed above -

    Ali-Frazier 3

Sugar Ray Leonard- Roberto Duran 1

    The second Chris Eubanks - Nigel Benn fight was a right good c r a c k e r as well.

Of recent years - the first De La Hoya - Mosley fight was sensational.

Sweat Pea Pernell Whitaker vs Julio Cesar Chavez - while not a thrilling toe-to-toe battle is probably the single most masterful display of boxing of the 1990's (and possibly beyond).

If you want to go all the way back to the TV-era - Sugar Ray Robinson vs Jake LaMotta VI is about as brutal as any fight you'll ever see. Despite taking unGodly amounts of punishment LaMotta remained standing until the ref mercifully waved it off.
