You're truly an odd one. I just said I think that Norris' win over Leonard deserves to be rated higher than it is. Beating even a 34-year old Leonard like that is quite pretty impressive. Are you just going to pretend you didn't see that?
well he did cherry pick hagler that is a fact, and for doing that and not fighting him years before he is a ****** in my opinion. but i am very happy for people to have a very different opinion.
He often ignores points that put his bull**** to shame. Whenever he claims that Norris beat a prime Leonard, just ask him how it felt to see Dana Rosenblat, Keith Mullings and Laurant Boutdouani do the same to PEAK Norris...:yep
okay but you said everyone meaning more than one. So we have Cuevas now who are all the others? This ought to be good
yeah, and who's that? Jim Richards, Jose Figueroa-unranked Harold Weston-broken down left over from the Cuevas fight Baez-punching bag, stepping stone extrordinaire Espada-see Harold Weston Clyde Gray-leftovers from another era somehow still hanging around Colbert-going nowhere If you ask me, the division was thin, cleaned out mostly by Cuevas in the late 70s
Can't see a good argument against Leonard. Best resume and H2H overall of the 80s in his division. Beat the 2nd best fighter of the 80s as well.
Pipino's reign lasted 4 years to Tommy's one year. But due to styles, Tommy was able to take him the way Norris took leonard
It might be because of Tommy style that he was able to take him out in 2Rds, but it was also because of the fact Tommy was a much greater fighter than Pipino and on another level. {Terry beat a past his best Leonard :FACT:}
Sorry to tell you this but less is not more 4 years > 1 year I'd like to see a Tommy Hearns reign of 4 years Fact: Leonard was favored over Norris but Terry spanked him because Terry was a much greater fighter than Ray and on another level. Results never lie.
