    Taking into account the career stage of opponents when he fought them it's James Toney by quite a bit. He was ranked #2 P4P in the world.

    I’d have to say Toney. I think he was actually the favourite to win that fight...that’s how highly rated the talented JT was. And let’s face it, he was a great fighter. I bet none of Jones’ other 1990s opponents was favourite to beat him.

    Can't imagine any really being fancied to beat him back then. I thought Toney may have got him at the time, but Jones played with him.
