Spinks easily for me he actually beat the best fighters in his own division, and moved up a weight class and won another world title and beat 48-0 Larry Holmes.

Haglers best wins are against fighters moving up in weight, that for me edges Spinks over Hagler. Along with Spinks's big win over Holmes at another weightclass.
