cool. not familiar enough with the era to comment on your list, but youve made me a fan of archie, man he had some heart.
Great list. Might swap Pep vs Saddler 4 for LaMotta vs Dautheulle 2, but it pretty much coincides with what I know of the era. Haven't seen them, but Kid Gavilan vs Gil Turner and Charley Norkus vs Danny Nardico might belong in there as well.
I will try and check those 3 out, as I've not seen Pep-Saddler 4, despite having read a bit here and there over the years regarding their rivalry. LaMotta-Dautheulle was the one I was considering removing, as I thought the footage was a bit subpar for that fight in terms of quality, and I figured there was probably a worthy replacement for that one - but I couldn't resist including it, just for the incredible drama of the finish.
