I felt 6-6 was ok but slightly wrong. McCallum won close rounds but Toney won his rounds big for the most part.

Not as good as the original, but for atmosphere and tension the Benn/Eubank rematch deserves mention.

It wasn't necessarily a great fight (though quite a good one), but I might chuck Robinson-Fullmer III in there, just because it was such a fine effort from Ray. Arguably the last great (or near-great) performance of his career, and I think he won the fight by about three rounds. The last time the world saw glimpses of the proper Sugar Ray.

An unorthodox draw that sometimes gets overlooked, but was real fun and brutal: Williams/SosaI

I can't say for sure, but 'some' Draws at the Top, were actual Robberies to 'save' the Money Fighter and also nullified a Top Contender when a close fight against the investment was too obvious to 'steal' away from the Contender.

One of the Best examples of this was the Canadian Lightweight Vic Folly of the 1920s & 30s, who was a long standing Contender who faced the Champs and suffered 29 Draws... 29!

That was very special fight between Leon and Eddie. Both came from two of the roughest parts of the country and made something of themselves at least for a few moments in there lives. Leon was putting it on Eddie early on and hit him with some hellacious right uppercuts that would have stopped most guys. Leon ran out of gas and Eddie really poured it on in the mid to late rounds and it looked like Leon was done after the 9th. Somehow he dug down deep and won that 10th round. Such an amazing fight! I wish Leon could have stayed off the booze and drugs. He really had a ton of talent and toughness.

Could you imagine both of those guys at Cruiserweight today? Lopez usually weighed in just over 200 pounds. He was unbelievably tough and unlucky to not have got the decision against Tate.

That Giardello vs Fullmer fight was rough as hell. I was watching clips of that fight on YouTube a few weeks ago. I'm surprised they didn't find each other in the dressing room afterwards. You could just feel the hate in that one.

Byrd vs Golota. I've watched that one a few times and still can't pick a winner. Glad both guys got a draw.
