Hopkins is just long lasting, there are plenty of fighters who were a class above him in their primes.
i was getting frustated and couldnt decide who to put and kept changing a few names, so i just put this one in. real one i now know my guys 1. mayweather jr 2. roy jones jr 3. lennox lewis 4. hopkins 5. maussa
In Hopkins's prime, he was fantastic. In the late 90's that is. And no, Kostya Tszyu was certainly not class above, or even in the same class as Hopkins.
In no particular order... Floyd Mayweather, Jr. Roy Jones, Jr. Bernard Hopkins Lennox Lewis Gerry Penalosa
Im going to be different 1. Morales - one of the most exciting fighters of this era. 2. Barrera - Also very exciting 3. Roy Jones Jr. - Was almost unbeatable in his prime 4. Trinidad-ODH - Its a toss up between these two. YOu gotta admit everyone wanted to watch both of these guys 5. Floyd Mayweather - its hard to rank him here since i am not a fan of his due to his choice of opponents for the last few years.
This is actually EASY...For the past 10 YEARS Roy Jones Floyd Mayweather Bernard Hopkins Joe Calzaghe Tito Trinidad big us to: Lennox Lewis and Erik Morales (a bad mother****er:scaredas: )
