Anyone know some good things to eat/ vitamins or anything to take to improve muscle recovery after a boxing workout?

zinc i believe is supposed to lossen ur joints n tendons n all that. creatine if u wanna go that route. raw oats i heard r pretty good for energy b4 a workout
