Hi i just wanted to get peoples views and what countries you believe would benifit a person more to travel in order to hone their skills and learn new stuff. Any foreign (not uk) country will do and maybe a 1 sentence reason as to why you think its the best country to visit?
    Maybe America, cuba etc

I personally would love to go to Cuba to learn. Some of them speak English, but the communication barrier might be too difficult if you don't speak the language natively.

I agree with Cuba being a good choice. Mexico probably as well being towards the top of the list.

I'd say Russia or Ukraine, they teach the basic fundamentals really well...but what's wrong with the UK? Loads of good clubs & academy's here where you can improve your boxing

The UK is fine, I'll teach you myself :D

Cuba would be a good place to learn fundamentals, I'd also reccomend Puerto Rico, Boxing is their number one sport to the best of my knowlege. Boxing gyms everywhere on that Island.

There are people who know their Boxing in every country, the only problem is finding them.

Thats another place I'd love to go some day, Ukraine would be great too. A lot of talented amateurs coming out of Ukraine and Russia these days.

Personally the reason I'd love to go somewhere to train for a while is because you get to experience another country, like a holiday but you also get to improve your boxing while you are there.

I'd like Cuba also. I like the way they fight and their footwork. It's like the slick negro style, but a little salsa mixed in :smoke
