What do you guys think the best form of HIIT is? There's tons of ways to do it, whether its sprints, punch out drills , burpees, etc etc. Cheers
Yeah, I find as an oveall body benefit, you work the most through burpess. Arms, shoulders, core, back, quads, hamstrings, calves, top to bottom. And it ****s you up too
Burpees are ****ing weird. How can something so simple knacker you out so completely, so quickly? (that's a rhetorical question btw!) I'm not in overly bad shape and I struggle to get to 15, and by the 3rd set I'm:dead they make me feel like a *****. Having said that, hill sprints **** you up more IMO. And advice to the OP: Don't bother with HIIT until you're really ready i.e. you've hit a wall with everything else. You won't do them properly and you'll get more benefit elsewhere.
full burpees are the best conditioner I've ever done, along with sprints, but that was more a cardio booster instead of lactic acid training.
I prefer sprints or using an airdyne bike This content is protected I've got really strong legs so burpees have never been too bad for me lol.
I wont giveaway my secret, then everyone will become gorillas on crack. Nuh uh u cant tell me nuthin'
This content is protected i hate this thing, and when you're made to climb under it aswell. but yeah burpees are horrible. a good run of mountain climbers kills you aswell
