hey, i got a pair of gel title gloves and I use the everlast gel wraps, but my hands kill me when I am done hitting the heavybag.I hit the bag for 1.5-2 hours at a time. Obviously not all out the entire time.

I use BBE 14 oz leather gloves. They are ones you can add weights to but I leave them 14. I've never had hand problems and I hit the bags hard a for a while.

If you hit heavy, hard bags then if you use these make sure you thoughen your hands before thrwing power shots.

And the only time my hands have ever felt protect is using long hand wraps (cleto reyes) had those everlast gel glove wrap things and thought they were ****
