I think current styles have moved away from head movement heavy defense which lends itself to more intuitive and instinctive fighting in favor of stricter and more mechanical boxing, which favors foot and hand defense - for better or worse (I actually think for worse, but it’s mostly a matter of preference) I say this because when I read this thread, I realized it wasn’t very easy to come up with multiple fighters with head movement that really stands out. Canelo is pretty well ahead of the rest, after that I’d say: Fury when he’s not screwing off Usyk and Loma for more offensive minded head movement (more to set and open things up than for defense/countering, but still exceptional head movement).
Not even just head, probably upper body movement while remaining stationary period is Canelo. I would think even those that aren't fans of him can concede this.
Clenelo doesn't have good head movement it's just hard for taller fighters to hit him (which means all his opponents) because he's a oompa loomp. Also punches tend to slide off his smelly orangutan hair because it's so greasy.
