Best Heavyweight jab ... all eras....

Here we go again with the Wlad is gay thing. I wonder if Lamon Brewster, Chris Byrd, Sultan Ibragimov, Sam Peter, Calvin Brock, Ray Austin and all the other victims to his jab think he's gay?

Watch his last outing against Ibragimov where he absolutely refused to attempt to do anything to close the show. He was fighting like a pansy :gayfight . A man of his immense physical gifts ought not to fight in such a manner. Oh well. If he has the heart of a ***, he's got the heart of a ***.

Any list of top jabs (HW or otherwise) that does not include Buster Douglas is incomplete. Aside from Holmes (and a very select few from lower weights..), his was the best I have ever seen.

Always gets forgotten in these type of convos as well. Sad...very sad.

 

My top in no particular order, Wlad, Lewis, and Holmes. They all had amazing jabs, both Holmes and Wlad won many fights strictly using the jab alone pretty much.

Club fighter- I agree, Wlad does have the heart of a homosexual, he crumbles when ever he senses any type of danger, is just too bad the division is so weak that he has only been exposed a few times.

 

So you judge a boxer based on only his worst performance? Nice.

 

Dude, you gotta be kidding me. The guy has legitimate LOSSES on his record and you're gonna say that one of his WINS was his worst performance?!?!?!? You're gonna have to explain that somehow. I'm not tryna say it's illegal to lose but usually when one loses most consider that a worse performance than when one actually wins . . . regardless of how ugly and uninspired that win may be.

 

Larry Holmes...nuff said.
