Does Louis count as an "over 200" HW? I could see him potentially beating Louis, though IDK if it would be a favored outcome or perhaps only a "1 out of 3" type outcome. Regardless, I'd favor Tunney over Baer & I think he'd have a good shot vs. Jeffries.
