You posted an inferior RJJ highlight.

    This one is better.

    Jones...

All 3 were freaks of nature, though.

Naz=most devestating featherweight puncher ever. He is the reason that division has been at the forefront for the past few years.

That Pernell one is the best one I've ever seen. Two thoughts on it. One, You can really see some terrific body punching there. I've never really thought of him as a great body puncher, but those shots were thrown with commitment and purpose.

And second, some of those defensive sequences are so outlandish they seem choreographed, no human should be able to do that. There might have people with defenses equally good, but nobody has ever done it in such an impressive and artistic and creative way. Beautiful

I realize this isn't strictly boxing (its Muay Thai, the Thai style of boxing which allows strikes from the feet, knees, and elbows, as well as fighting from a clinch), but this guy in terms of how exciting he is to watch in a highlight reel, makes Tyson look BORING. Even if you aren't familiar with Thai boxing, just check this out you will enjoy it if you like highlight reels!

Its a very well made reel BTW. I don't like the song itself, but it fights the video and its edited VERY well. A lot of the big hits and knockout strikes are even synced with the music!

    Check it out!

That Whitaker highlight is great -- watching him box is like seeing a master artist go to work on a canvas. Just brilliant stuff.

    Good Sugar Ray Leonard reel:

    Another good Naseem tribute:

That was the most underrated part of Pernell's game. He was such a MASTER defensively (I honestly feel noone was better, ever...but that is just me.) that, many people overlook how phenominal he was offensively as well.

His jab was picture perfect...one of the best the sport has seen. And that body attack you spoke of wasnt powerful like a Cotto or JCC, but was so perfectly thrown, even with the power that he lacked, it was still a deadly weapon. He was also lightning quick, regularly threw 1000+ a fight, accurate to a tee and attacked from so many different angles, how could you really stop it?

Honestly a marvel. If he had power................
