Hagler fought at Middleweight. How is that considered around WW? While Hagler did have an excellent jab, MW is two weight classes over WW.

As for the question, Hearns and Robinson are excellent choices. I would also add Napoles, Quartey and Wright (JM is what I would consider around WW).

If its strictly welterweight then Ike has to be mentioned as well as Hearns and Napoles.

Hagler was an ATG WW but I think its Larry Holmes who had the better WW jab.

Leonard use to throw a wild overhand right that often missed because he didn`t set it up well at times.

    Ike Quartey probably after that.

Oscar DelaHoya had an outstanding jab. Very quick.

Vernon Forest had a very good jab.

I was reading the other day pretty sure it was Futch saying how underrated the SRR jab was.

His jab was constant and he feinted with it keeping fighters off him and setting up his other punches.
