Best Jab in boxing? Ward, Cotto, Floyd, Wlad?

Might be Wlads biggest and most loyal fan......

Might be Wards biggest detractor.....

But Wards thrusting upjab is f/n unstoppable.It can't be timed. It can't be blocked. It's thrown from such an angle that it's unique.

Gotta be the best weve seen in a long time from an American fighter.:think

Ain't gonna say at this point it's the best jab, but according to Compubox, Golovkin lands the most jabs in the sport (2013 stats) averaging 13.4 per round compared to Wlads 10 and Paulie Ms 11. He uses it pretty offensively as well, not just to set up other work and establish range.

Obvs. his quality of opposition could be higher but it's still pretty impressive.

 

1) Ward's jab blew my mind in his last fight . . . best I have seen since Winky.
2) Wlad's jab is great but it is the 1-2 that is his money (and all he has)
3) Cotto's Jab is great as well (it was his best weapon against Floyd and always near or top of the charts) but he is slipped a bit
4) Floyd has a great Jab but he does not utilize it enough to be on the level as the other guys (that being said it was great against Saul and if he maintain that skill level shown from different angles and location landed he could rank higher)

Floyd's jab to the body is a great punch he uses with efficiency and accuracy against everybody. Cotto's timing and the snap he has on his jab is ATG stuff.

It's hard to decide, but I'd say one of those two.
