Best Jab of the last 20 years

    I reckon oscar de la hoya jab was the best in the last 20 years. quartey's is up there. lennox lewis was also awesome with the jab

    Quartey and it really isn't much of a contest to me.

    Outside of him, Winky, Lewis.

    Pernell Whitaker actually had a great jab...excellent timing on it.

    And Jermain Taylor, before he threw it away, had one of the best jabs you'll ever see.

    Quartey had the most powerful jab. It could actually hurt people.
    Lewis had a great jab for setting up other shots, as did ODLH. Same with Wlad.

    Larry Holmes was past his best for the time span, but still had a great jab.

    Winky's jab controlls fights. Few can get past it. B-Hop proved that getting past it isn't the best way though.

    Have to go with Whitaker in this though. The timing, speed, and accuracy of his jab is all unmatched. He could land 2,3, or 4 jabs consecutively against world class opponents. He could keep guys off with it, he could use it to set up combiantions, his jab could be used for everything that a jab can be.
