From my perspective Dmitry Bivol is the best Light Heavy Weight now that Andre Ward is retire. He has skills, punching power, high ring IQ, and is in his prime as he has shown no signs of weakness yet.
I think it's either Bivol or Beterbiev, leaning towards Bivol. Kovalev has lost a step a from 2016 on and I think he's only the #4 now. 1. Bivol 2. Beterbiev 3. Gvozdyk 4. Kovalev Beterbiev is fighting the guy Browne received a referee assisted gift against (Kalajdzic) and it probably shows more about where he stands atm.
Good list I'd have mine about the same with Maybe Beterbiev being my favorite be it that Bivol and the rest have fought better comp,, These guys are all punchers but man I've never seen such a hittable crop of fighters should make for some fan friendly fights!!!!
I do respect Bvol for fighting at his natural weight! He looks small in the ring with the rest of them,, The best boxer of the bunch in my view is Bivol for boxing ability! Kovalev has the best jab out of the bunch,, With Beteriev having the most strength and raw punching power which is why im a fan of his!! But all four of them get caught flush to clean but hey a good offense can be a good defense so can't knock'em for that to much!
Impossible to answer right now IMO. However my personal rankings based on what I have seen: 1) Bivol 2) Gvodzyk 3) Kovalev 4) Beterbiev All interchangeable honestly. I will say I think Bivol is the best, but then again maybe he gets sparked by the others. It's so hard to tell and a great question.
If he has punching power, why couldn't he KO his last 3 opponents? and 2 of them were already beaten by Kovalev.
