Best line in any of the Rocky Films?

"So Adrian, uh, whattya gone be doin the next forty, fitty yeeus?

My uncle actually proposed with that line, substituting Adrian with "Linda".

 

Rocky ,dressed as a cave man for a TV advert,asks Adrian, "how do I look ?
She replies ," different" "

 

Rocky 5, "Get up you son of a *****! Cos Mickey loves ya"

 

I always liked after Rocky pounded the meat Slab when Paulie said..


"You do that to Apollo Creed, they'll put us in jail for murder."

Apollo Creed in the first film,replying to a reporter's question about what he'd advise a kid who wanted to take up boxing. Something like -
"Sports make you smell. Be a doctor...be a lawyer.....carry a briefcase....be a thinker...not a stinker" ! Even though it was directly lifted from a Muhammad Ali comment used before the Floyd Patterson fight in 1972

 

yes, hes had his head pounded and is half blind and rather than answer the inteviewer hes screaming for adrian, when she comes into the ring all he can think of is shes not wearing her hat!

Great line & moment.

 

I love the whole monologue from the first movie when Rocky comes home and starts to express doubt. Makes a fairy tale movie a lot grittier.

Rocky: Ah come on, Adrian, it's true. I was nobody. But that don't matter either, you know? 'Cause I was thinkin', it really don't matter if I lose this fight. It really don't matter if this guy opens my head, either. 'Cause all I wanna do is go the distance. Nobody's ever gone the distance with Creed, and if I can go that distance, you see, and that bell rings and I'm still standin', I'm gonna know for the first time in my life, see, that I weren't just another bum from the neighborhood.

Admittedly, I've used this line before.

Paulie "You know that speech I said about wanted to be you?"
