Best middleweight of all time ?

    who do yous think are the best 5 middleweights of all time ?
    My number one has to be marvin hagler.

    I would give Andre ward a top 5 spot if he carrys on winning and fighting the best.

    Thoughts ?

    As for Middleweight, Monzon was the greatest IMO.

    Best? OK, just using the guys we have on film:

    1) Sugar Ray Robinson
    2) Carlos Monzon
    3) Charley Burley
    4) Marvin Hagler
    5) Bernard Hopkins

    Some **** like that.

    #5 Is interesting you could slot a lot of dudes in there. Tiger, Steele, Williams, Jones, quite a few would look OK at #5.

    You could also switch 3 and 4 without getting any argument from me.

    Robinson/Greb are basically interchangeable for #1
    Hagler
    Monzon
    Hopkins
    Burley

    I can think of 5 more before Ward would make the list. Tiger Griffith Kalembay should be right up there also. Lets not forget James Toneys accomplishments as a middleweight either

    Not in any real sense of his superiority but I think he would tend to win more rounds over 12 and 15, yeah. Lord knows how bitter Hagler would get over that one.
