I rate Hopkins highly, and do consider him an ATG especially at MW, but to put him in the top 5 of that division? Which is so highly stacked? Hopkins never defeated a great MW, that is the only issue I have with him being in the top 5

It's a widely held opinion. Monzon is hardly the pet MW for central Americans. Race has nothing to do with it.

Don't bother with that pea brain troll.

Not the first time he brings race into a legit boxing topic.

Andre Ward is a SMW (168 lbs)... the MW limit is 160 lbs.... & EVEN AT THAT, Andre Ward ?... please, he`s a good fighter but he`s a million miles away from being the fighter you claim he is going to be.

As far as who IS the greatest ever MW, I don`t know, Hagler, Monzon, Robinson & Greb are the names mentioned most I suppose, there is no clear cut no1 IMO.

Ps. I think the Robinson that beat Lamotta in 1951 would beat any version of any other MW I`ve ever seen tho, that guy looked every inch the best fighter never mind MW that ever lived, he was masterful.
