depends on how you class modern. Tyson? In this decade weve got both Klits, phenominal KO percentages but only in accumulation Valero: although didnt fight the elite, guess we'll never know just how powerful he was Lemieux: looks like he's gonna be but lets wait a few more fights before we hail him a KO king Pacman: again in accumulation. Juanma/Gamboa: both have decent knock outs on their records, next few fights should crown one of them Dare I say it: David Haye: he deserves to get critisized for his opponents but 23 KO/TKOs isnt bad from 25 wins
Eight of his KO victims had never been stopped before. A couple had never been dropped, or even seriously hurt.

Valero has the best KO punch since Trinidad. Trinidad was knocking down dudes with a left hooks even in the elite stages of his career. Thats a mothe****ing KO artist.
Not the greatest level of competition, but Zertuche was a Mexican Olympian, and as a professional he had never been off his feet, or even hurt in a fight. If you watch closely, there's a Pavlik left hook at around 54 seconds that lifted Zertuche off the canvass. Always liked this KO. - [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HchCpnORAqk&feature=related[/ame]
