I'd put Ruiz on a drip personally, no solid foods through training camp.

Training time can be extended if you cut down on travel to kfc. Grease can be administered intravenously in the gym.

I don't think it's about certain fighters wanting to eat a lot. It's about what you eat and how you eat. If you are constantly hungry you probably have a food imbalance or you are eating foods that make you more hungry.

I don't think it's as simple as just eating less, if you're fat / obese, eating less and starving yourself isn't going to make you skinny. You have to just eat better and more healthy foods so that the food that's stuck in your gut gets pushed out by the new better food.

I’d take a 2 for 1 coupon to Burger King and put it on a 3 foot dowel. Then I’d strap the dowel to a helmet on top of Ruiz’s head and make him chase the coupon for road work.
