    Willie "the Sandman" Edwards

He was called "the sandman" because he put a lot of guys to sleep.

He was once a contender for the world light heavyweight championship.

    He fought some top guys.:bbb

He now lives in a homeless shelter apparently (among other problems) fighting Parkinson's disease.

Alot of boxers don't correspond with their nicknames at all. So no matter how good the mimic name of a fighter is, it's still trash when it doesn't really represent the actual fighter as it is.

Anyway, there are nicknames like "Hitman" "Pretty Boy" "Sugar" "Flash" or "Hands of Stone" that are good enough to represent some of the fighters' corresponding attributes. But there are others that just seem trash to me no matter how good it is called.

Just my 2 cents. No hate :good
