without getting bogged down in ppv/hearn etc etc that was a terrific night of boxing... almost every round of every fight had something..never seen so much blood spilled in one night either all the boxers involved should be proud of being part of that bill, except Kingpin who is a big fat almost breathing punchbag
It's sad when I read posts like this we should be given cards like this 3or4 times a year however promoters have starved us of 50-50 fights for so long people like the op feel they have been done a favour it was a great card but should not we b given great cards ? And people wonder why ufc is in the ascendinse whilst boxing is in decline
great night of boxing, hibbert/ryan fight kicked it off and the poorest fight was probably brook/gavin. BTW UFC is dying on its ****, its a myth that its in the ascendency.
I agree. It was also one of the most brutal I've seen. Terrible cuts and gashes, Mitchell's face was a sorry sight.
typical comment from a UFC fan.... how you can turn a brilliant night of boxing into a complaint says more about you than it does boxing... and boxing is in decline???:nut
Finally a good Matchroom card indeed. Enjoyed almost every match. The only bummer was that the main-event was a big anti-climax and probably the worst fight off the night.
UFC will never ever replace boxing fact. Great nights boxing last night. Quality show, I worry about people like punchdrunk wench. Perhaps boxing isn't for you.
It is well on the way and mainly due to shyte cards on Sky Sports atsch More cards like last night without PPV is what is needed to stem the flow
