David Tua, that left hook was a killer.

The correct answer is Valuev. With literally nothing more than his incredible size he was able to make millions, defeat far more talented men, become a titlist in boxing’s glamour division and ran up a very numerically impressive record.

David also had an iron chin and good gas tank when he trained seriously

Julio C. Chavez Sr. He was a one dimensional fighter who held the record of 87-0 before his first loss. This was so amazing.

Not 'best' but list of some of the recent ones.

Wilder - good jab and killer overhand
    Pavlik - good 1-2
    Lacy - good left hook
    Mayorga - strong

Marciano or Tua, but since Tua never won a title of note, I will settle for Marciano.

Somebody beat me to it - Randall Cobb. No defense, not real power, no technique, slow, but fought at championship level because of a will to compete

Wilder, Marciano, Freddie Mills. None of 'em could really box and got by on athletics and power.
