That's pretty slow for sprinting. Interval training is the best when doing roadwork, jog an 1/8 of a mile and then sprint an 1/8 of a mile. Keep repeating for 2-3 miles.
Mutiple that by 4 then it should be 32 minutes but accounting for tiring out I would say around 40. You must be a troll cuz.
no human being can sprint for 1 mile. If attempted you'd feel shot at about the 1/4 mile mark. The best milers do whats called tempo run btw 60-75% of top speed for majority of the run
