    Unfortunately, that channel has been shutdown. Too bad since it had an extensive collection of boxing vids.

    The only exception to this are the videos with ****** Fortune. I still can't believe dumbass village got that guy to actually do videos for them.

    Brown Bomber posted some the other day with Freddie Roach showing proper footwork. There were several other videos that you could watch with Roach and a boxer showing how it should be done. I found them to be pretty good and can see where they can be helpful.

    Check out the post by boxingwizard titled "video of me sparring" for the link. It's about the middle of the first page of this section of forum.
