best option for losing weight/burning calories

    You do understand it's the total amount of calories consumed that cause you to lose or gain weight and not where the calories are from?

    You obviously need to do a bit of homework and read up on the following:-

    Good, meaty/leafy calories.

    Bad, sugary/cocoa-based calories.


    It's science.

    I think you need to do some homework. If you eat 3000 cals of meaty and leafy foods your 100% more likely to gain weight then if you ate 2000 cals of bad calories
