You do understand it's the total amount of calories consumed that cause you to lose or gain weight and not where the calories are from?
You obviously need to do a bit of homework and read up on the following:- Good, meaty/leafy calories. Bad, sugary/cocoa-based calories. It's science.
I think you need to do some homework. If you eat 3000 cals of meaty and leafy foods your 100% more likely to gain weight then if you ate 2000 cals of bad calories
