    Yeah well so is Berto and Clottey for that matter. Until these guys fight each other their belts are irrelivent in my opinion.

    It's a tune up fight give him a break, it's not like people are saying he's p4p #1 for beating him.



    PS: Cotto did not want to not take a fight, he wanted to fight someone better than Jennings and the names I remember were Clottey, Berto and Williams, but Arum wanted him to fight for the WBO belt and that's why he said it was either that fight or no fight.

    If Shane doesn't want to go to NY to fight him, we all know Clottey will. NO doubt.

    Who was also the WBO#1 contender who was going to fight for the title regardless, and oh yeah like I said... it was a tune up fight. If people were saying Miguel is the best fighter in the world and his victory over Jennings proves than I'll be one the first to react and point out how Jennings isn't an elite welterweight, but after getting knocked out some people are allowed to have easier fights to get their confidence back, but obviously Cotto isn't one of those people according to some...

    Ok so now that we have established that Cotto was forced into fighting Jennings or not fighting at all, why are you knocking Cotto for doing what he was suppose to do in stopping Jennings?
