I don't have no problem with tuning up...

But just remember. Jennings is hardly a test of how this guy has "come back." Put him in there against "The Hitter" and he will hit the deck by Round 9.

Because Clottey possesses that kind of power and/or a relentless offensive attack. :-(

Realistically a Clottey-Cotto fight would go the distance. Clottey is a superb counter puncher and has a nice right hand lead but his attack hardly is one in which is conducive to scoring a stoppage against the likes of Cotto.

Could you please quote me? I've never said such a thing. You're a Mayweather hugger, but I'm not a Floyd hater, so you really have no argument against me. Honestly p4p, you should stick talking about Floyd because he was actually good enough to make sound decent, but now that he retired you're nothing but a troll.

Name a top WW who hasn't hurt Cotto.

If Zab can almost put him out, Clottey damn sure can. Cotto has the weakes chin of all the elite WW right now.

Even though I did't join ESB until after he retired, as you can see. :patsch

And yes, Cotto is the man that millions of people said "PBF has to fight him, he retired PBF, he would beat PBF", etc. etc.

LoL. If Cotto was that good, he woulda challenged PW for the WBO at 147, right?

Cotto's chin held up for 11 rounds against Margo's loaded gloves so I'd say it's not as bad as your making it out to be. Clottey's attack is all predicated on timing and patience and I don't think he possess the power or the aggression to really trouble Cotto or endanger him into being stopped. He might be able to counter Cotto all night to a UD but a stoppage is unlikely.

And also it really wasn't his chin that failed him against Margo, it was more less of Cotto being physically and mentally drained.

Dude, we've seen Cotto hurt against Zab & Mosley before the AM fight.
& once again, power doesn't win fights. Clottey isn't a guy who gets timed, you don't time counter punches often.

My bad for that minor miscalculation, the point is still that the only times you sounded like you had some degree of boxing knowledge was when you talked about Floyd and defended him. Like I said, he was good enough to even make you sound some what smart, but as soon as people started talking about other boxers you showed your true colors as nothing but a troll who likes to go around trying to put other fighters down. "The truth shall set you free, but at first it's going to **** the hell out of you" :hi:

Both were cases where Cotto was hurt with one punch. Clottey imo doesn't have the one punch power that Zab and Mosley does. Like I said Clottey may very well beat Cotto but I think it's unlikely that he can stop him.

For the record though I'd pick Cotto by UD based on him out working Clottey.

NOPE... You don't know that. :nono

And if you can assume that he loaded his gloves against Cotto, then you have to give the benefit of the doubt to Clottey and PW. :good

Clottey took everything Margo had (Compubox Record 1600 punches) with loaded gloves... Felt nothing.

Williams took everything Margo could dish out in the 9 and 11... Nothing. Came back in the 12th and dominated.

Seriously, you think he has a better chin than Mosely, Williams, Clottey, or Margarito?
