Good **** with the Hopkins picks. Most people have been wrong as much as right with him in those fights.

As for who you pick him over currently, I agree with Cleverly and Shumenov easily, but I think he'd have the next best chance against Froch of the 5 you listed. I don't like his odds against Kovalev at all, in fact I'd pick Kovalev confidently. I also think I'd pick Stevenson over Hopkins although I concede I probably should be in the minority there. We've got to remember the context of what Dawson did to him, winning a solid 9 rounds over Hopkins over a year ago... For full disclosure and since I'm not a puss afraid to admit it; I picked Cloud over Hopkins as did I Dawson over Hopkins. I think there are both easy high quality matches out there for him as do I see multiple fights that have potential to retire him.

This is some kind of weird list of correct predictions.

A correct decision, for example, would have been "Calzaghe Split Decision in a fight I and others score for Hopkins."

Because you listed some fights that you were wrong about: Hopkins over Calzaghe. Whitaker over Oscar. Matthysse over Judah and Alexander. Trout robbed. Those things didn't happen. Now you can put an asterisk and explain yourself but... no.

The only thing wrong was the decision. The fight went about like i thought. 8-4 or 9-3 trout

My predictions for the card I was at live turned out not so bad:

    Mayweather inside 6 over Ortiz
Morales late stoppage over Pablo Cano
Jessie Vargas razor close UD Josesito
    Adonis Stevenson KO1 Dion Savage

Way wrong with expecting Ouali to UD Carson Jones. Jones was mighty impressive that night.

Was too unfamiliar with the other undercard fighters to make a prediction. I remember the then soon to be British LW champ fought (Limond, maybe?) an 8 rounder on the card against a novice "something Montiel." Clear fight for the Brit to win. It was a clear cut wide, I think I had it a sweep for the Brit and somehow the scoring was a SD. Everybody who was there, not many at all at that point, booed the hell out of it...

I always say that Mayweather/Ortiz fight card featured one of damn near every outcome possible.

How does anyone have canelo beating trout and not have hopkins beating calzaghie? LOL, my brain is twisted thinking about that one. Hopkins did more then canelo. Calzaghie threw more but trout landed more.

How can you have Hopkins beating Calzaghe yet Canelo losing to Trout?

    (mind.... blown.)

Too many to recall, but my most recent proud prediction was Pac/JMM IV.

I told EVERYBODY I knew something "magical" would happen. I honestly believed JMM was FINALLY gonna get the judges approval and officially beat Pacquiao.

I even bought the HDPPV after years of watching for free. :D

**** was the best money spent all year. Lost my voice and sent SO MANY texts to my Asian homeboys that swore JMM would never beat him.

    Gracias, JMM!

Hatton getting obliterated by Pacman in 2:D

I really pissed of plenty of Hatton fan's in the Zuri bar at the MGM. He's gonna get DUN DUN DUN and he'll be lucky if he gets out of the 1st round with his teeth still in place.

Their faces after the slaughter where a joy to behold as they staggered about wide eyed with shock. WOT APPINED! WOT DER **** APPINED! they wailed, desperately seeking eye contact with anyone that looked as if they could offer comfort:lol:
