Best performances by outgunned fighters

    Roberto Duran against Iran Barkley. Duran's best years were at 135 and here he was at age 37 nearly 30 pounds north of his best weight and at a five in height disadvantage fighting a heavy handed tough as nails fighter that never took a backward step. I remember before this fight started being worried about Duran getting seriously hurt.

    This was one of the most amazing performances I have ever witnessed in real time. Duran once again proved his greatness.

    Ali-Foreman. IMO, Ali was outgunned but he still found a way to win. Remarkable.

    Jimmy Young vs. George Foreman.

    The gap between them offensively was miles wide. Craftiness won the day, and yet guess who scored the only knockdown.

    It was close. The point is Duran had everything going against him from a physicality standpoint and was clearly outgunned by the younger, bigger and stronger man.

    You'd be in the minority. It's competitive but Duran came back so hard in those last 4 rounds or so.
