    at the last bit.

Rest is valid. Still sticking with my pick as Barkley never really had any skills to lose (as you alluded too)

More advocating for satan from me? Does it matter that he didn't separate himself from McCallum? Let's say you held Muhammad Ali to a draw and whooped George Chuvalo senseless. Which is a better performance.

Didn't think him very impressive against McCallum regardless of the result.

I could take Jirov, Barkley, Prince Charles, Nunn as good examples of Toney. McCallum I as well but I think that's more of a joint effort rather than 'best showing'.

Is price Charles the one that takes place entirely on the inside until Toney smokes him with that right?

aye.Prince Charles being the powerfully built career light heavy who was negotiated into dropping to 168 for the fight:yep.

Surprise, surprise he didn't look nearly as well balanced or strong as a drained super-middle

I love the Fernandez fight, anyone would do well to withstand those hooks of his over a number of rounds. Toughness ands guile, toughness and guile.

He's so damn much fun to watch. A more stoic Azumah Nelson without the flash. Tough, tough guy, and would fight absolutely anyone, just didn't matter to him.

I didn't think Spinks would last one round. He totally changed his style.

On further reflection, I would actually nominate Napoles' win over Pete Toro as being his best performance.

Toro may not be a household name, but he was a very good fringe contender and "spoiler" who racked up some big upset wins prior to fighting Napoles. I would've expected the slick-boxing Toro to give Napoles a good fight, but Napoles had no problem countering him to pieces.
