Best Performances in a Draw?

    All right. Then do you also rate the performances by Tiger and Giardello poorly in those draws?

    Unless you were there, I do not think anyone has seen it. From what I have read, in a classic Argentine sense (you must win clearly, to get a decision), a draw would seem fair.

    Hindsight suggests an excellent Briscoe performance, but it needs to be remembered at the time, Monzon was not known in the wider boxing world (America), Briscoe was.

    This is someone who did watch all three of the fights that Fullmer drew in with Robinson, Giardello, and Tiger, thank you very much. I saw lots of Fullmer left jabs in the Tiger fight which took Tiger out of his game plan. I still say that Gene should have gotten a close decision win in this fight.
