best part of the night personally i was going crazy when bruno got in the ring

Same here. I was glad when LL asked Bruno to get in the ring. He looks in fantastic shape. Dam shame they dont make them like that anymore..

 

It was interesting to note LL's snide remarks about the Klits fighting bums. Who exactly was he expecting the Klits to fight when the division is soo thin? So far the Klits have fought everyone of any note. Maybe LL isnt aware of that.

 

Very nice Photo. Glad to see both are well! However, it would have been perfect had Tyson been in the middle of them!

I thought Tyson was at the fight? Or did he fly back to attend the Pacquiao fight? He did say he wanted to!

 

Thats exactly what i said to the Missus. Would have been even better if they added Holy as well.

 

i wish prime lennox was back. i miss those days. such a great boxer.

John Ruiz, Valuev, Povetkin, Holyfield, Ustinov, Haye....each other

All noted fighters in the division during the era of the Klitchko

None of them has fought either Klitchko.

Lennox has a point.

 

You a sadist? The Klits need to fight a fossil like Holy to prove themselves? Apart from Povetkin and Valuev you barely even have a point. And the last time i checked Valuev nixed negotiations with the Klits.

 

That wasn't my point. My point was that in the Klitchko era, there are a number of fights that could have been made that weren't. I don't want to see either Klitchko v Holyfield today. But I might have ten years ago.

 

The top 10 in the division now are:

Haye
Adamek
Chagaev
Povetkin
Thompson
Chambers
Peter
Arreola

Haye's too busy wasting his time with meaningless 'fights' like this whereas Adamek's only recently moved up and wants a little more experience before fighting a Klitschko. And Povetkin's pulled out of god knows how many times against Wlad. So what exactly could they have done any differently? Ruiz, Valuev etc are jokes who've just fought for the trash that is the WBA title rather than fight genuine contenders.

 

That was definitely the best part of the night for me. Lennox is my hero and it was probably the closest Iv ever been to feeling starstruck when he got into the ring. Look at the size of his right hand:shock:

 

Classy Lennox had a grand entrance invite to the ring.

Later if you notice Lennox notioned & called Frank into the ring after spotting him ringside.

ps-20 years later future big "battle of britain" fight ....Fraudley & Haye will do the same. except eggs,tomatoe's, beer bottles would be thrown at them!
