    Archie Moore was the best.
    Foreman was pretty good at it.

    I think it would be interesting if you could go up to Archie Moore, one of the greatest boxers who ever laced up gloves, who knocked out more men than any other boxer in history, and tell him that he was using an ineffective defense.

    I think it is effective at a medium range. Not if you're very close or very far from the opponent.

    It's an effective defense for the head not for the body. If you cross your arms it will leave the lower part of the body very open.
