We all love a press conference. And there are so many different types. Some filled with mutual respect, between two seasoned professionals. Some where insults are traded, filled with aggression and entertainment, bit of a push and pull in the words of Froch. Some maybe in-between, abit of banter, still able to wet the appetite and sell the fight. What's your favourite press conference of all time? My three favourites are: - Chisora vs. Whyte I. Who's the donkey now? - Bellew vs. Haye I. The Eddie Hearn Show. - Price vs. Kash Ali. You & your cronies are gonna get dealt with. Apologies if a similar thread has happened before recently!
Bellew looking like a crack addict turning up on few days notice to fight cleverly , calling him a rat wanting to fight there and then was entertaining !! In the end unfortunately Bellew couldn’t make weight . gets a lot of stick Bellew but you got to admire his self belief and balls !! Who else would of took thst fight on short notice with the position Bellew was in unbeaten and being built up nicely fair play to him !
Who's the donkey now happened on "The Gloves Are Off", not the presser. But the latter had the table flip, which was excellent. Then that brought about "baby ting". My favourite press conference in recent years was Tyson Fury vs Steve Cunningham. This content is protected
Barrera hitting Morales Was it Larry Holmes who jumped of a car..not technically a press conference but **** me that's funny lol
This was a classic! Cunningham knocking Fury down in the fight was class, too. Fury's been in a few great pressers. The ones with Chisora were quality. Full of filthy language.
The Berbick/Holmes brawl is always the answer to this question. Holmes’ dropkick from the roof of a car was amazing,
Boxing wants money from the government to endorse that kind of crap? Kugan Cassius is probably the worst thing to happen to boxing
Worst thing to happen to boxing is abit harsh. He's helped raise the profile of a number of boxers. Gained them great exposure and helped them secure a bigger fanbase, which has enable them to sell more tickets and improve their finances.
On YouTube? Nobody is watching ifltv who aren’t boxing fanatic weirdos like us, and the others who might come across that trash will turn it off (and turn them off boxing).
Chisora demanding more money for being on a Taylor vs Prograis undercard. Chisora throwing a table at Whyte Haye rant at Hearn. Haye calling Scousers ****** idiots. Hatton Mayweather Fowler telling Fitzgerald boxings a brutal sport and he’s going to smash his face in (only good cause of him getting beaten and put on his arse in the fight)
