Taylor nearly knocking the **** right out of Pavlik in round two of their first fight. Look closely I'm certain KP's eyes go their own separate ways for a few seconds.

This punch in a way did end the fight though, I mean he got up but once he got up from this punch he was just a sitting duck for that BRUTAL KO that Pavlik handed him.

That was the most recent that came to mind. I thought for sure Pavlik was gonna get brutally KOed, how he stayed upright I have no idea. And then to sit down at the end having survived the round and then come back and stun Taylor in the third, that was just a great fight through and through

watching that in the 2nd round is like watching a 6'7 lumberjack with a huge axe hacking away at a tree but just cannot chop it down

    Freitas-Barrios
In the end of round eleven. Barrios didn't know were he was. And he was still out on his feet in the last round.

MY immediate thought, like many others here, was Arguello-Pryor. The Shavers knockdown of Holmes and Frazier knocking down Ali in the FOTC are another two excellent examples, both were monster shots.

In an effort to go for one perhaps slightly less well known and that hasn't been mentioned yet, even though Duran had an absolute iron chin, I'm going to nominate the left hook Barkley hit him with in the 8th round of their fight. You can see it at about 6:10 in this link:

Absolute killer shot, and even if it's not quite in the class of some of the others mentioned in this thread, it should have knocked just about anyone stone cold.

Alot of people shoot me down when I talk about Tommy Morrison having potential, so I agree here. Too bad he loved drugs and alcohol more then boxing.

Oh, and I forgot to mention earlier: the massive overhand right that Lennow Lewis delivers to Shannon Briggs at about 1:13 in this link.

Another killer shot, and the way Lewis set iot up is a thing of absolute beauty: bringing Briggs' hands down with the body shot, blinding him with the jab and the extended left, then boom. Give Briggs credit for a monster heart though, he got up from it... somehow.

That wasn't the KO punch? I always thought it was. Learn something new everyday. That is freakin concussive!

Arguello`s straight right to Pryor`s chin in rd 13 of their 1st fight.

Barrera`s left hook to Morales jaw in rd 7 of their 1st fight.

Foreman caught Ali with a great uppercut, cant remember which rd but the commentators never even mentioned it.

Lewis uppercut to Vitali was awesome aswell.

The right hand Leotis Martin landed immediatley prior to the KD combo on Sonny Liston.

Tszyu Vs Miguell Angel Gonzalez - Pretty much rounds 1-11 til it was stopped.

Mickey Ward body shot Arturo Gatti in round 9 of the first fight, I still dont know how Gatti survived the round with the look on is face after the body shot knockdown.

That was a good one. I remember Steward telling the audience the fight was over when he went down.
