I wouldn't say Hamed had the most accurate, or threw with the most technicality. Going off P4P power though at FW it'd be him.

Interesting. I thought an inclusion of Langford would push out Foster instead of Moore, seeing as Moore knocked out loads of fighters 190lbs+, even plenty who were 200lbs+. That said, I do believe Foster would have managed a few in a weaker era, and that it was less a case of him losing power against heavyweights but instead just not being able to fight his fight (liked to impose himself at 175lbs as someone else mentioned). I suppose really it should be Moore/Langford for their higher weight credentials although I feel bad on Foster who could spark any light heavyweight.

I don't think you can count his win over Whitehurst if we're talking about him being the best puncher at 175. Not that I don't agree that Moore is up there, but its hardly fair to credit wins outside of the division your putting him in. Especially if he was 15 pounds over the light heavyweight limit against Bert.
What people overlook is natural size. Skeletal size. Moore was naturally thick set and muscular. In the fifties he was most comfortable at 185lbs+ but his body seemed to be able to cope with the draining to 175lbs. He was able to knock out larger men because he was able to (Don't know how else to put it). But he could also make 175lbs right until the end. I wouldn't credit him with those wins otherwise.
he did manage to rock jameel "can you spare a dime" mccline repeatedly though and he stunned jem maces great great granddaughter
